After-sale Service
Shenzhen Keliwow Technology co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Keliwow”), considering bringing better user experience of our products, offers our customers the following after-sale services.


Returns and Exchanges Service
The returns and exchanges policies are eligible where the following conditions are met. The return request shall be put forward within 7days from the date of sale(subject to the actual date of receipt) and the exchange request shall be put forward within 15 days from the date of sale(subject to the actual date of receipt).


I.You will only be eligible for our Warranty Service where the following conditions are met:
1.Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.?
2. Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect.


II.We keep the right to reject the refund and exchange requirements where the following conditions are met:
1.The product is not bought from Keliwow directly.
2.The refund was requested beyond 7 calendars days of delivery
3.Any product fault or damage has been caused by false operation of the product or not following the instruction manual.
4.Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification
5.Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
6.Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration and damages have been caused on the product.
7.Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.?


III.You can request to replace a product you purchased from us:
1.Within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product has no manufacturing defect, has not been activated and is still in new or like-new condition.?
2.Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect.
3.Within 15 calendar days of delivery if installed as per the instruction manual, the product does not work owing to the self-performance of the product.
4.Within 15 calendar days of delivery if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit after checking the package on spot.


IV.A replacement will not be provided where the following conditions are met:
1.The product is not bought from Keliwow directly.
2.The replacement was requested beyond 15 calendars days of delivery.
2.No mark, damage or break on the logo of the product.
3.Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are provided.


V.The following situations are not covered by our Keliwow Warranty Service:
1.The product has been subjected to abnormal or unauthorized used and damaged, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period.?
2.The loss caused by unreasonable operation in harsh conditions violating the instruction manual.
3.Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification.
4. Expired for the warranty period.


VI.Precautions for the warranty service
1.The delivery cost for repairing goods shall be paid by customers themselves.
2.If the product has been tested by our technical staff to be out of the warranty services, customers can choose the way of paid warranty service or get it back to them again.
3.The after-sale service policies are only applied to China mainland and for other countries and places, are subject to the local after-sale policies and laws & regulations.
4.Any product fault or damage has been caused by false operation of the product or not following the instruction manual.
5.Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification.
6.Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
7.Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, false proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration and damages have been caused on the product.
8.The product has been found having sustained substantial damage in transit but the package receiver does not report it to the shipper on spot.
9.Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.?


VII.Precautions for the returns and exchanges service:
1.The freight from refund or replacement of goods shall be paid by our customers when they are caused by factors from customers.
2.The time needed for refund or replacement shall be accounted from the date of receipt.(As for the time schedule and procedures arrangement, please do consultant and negotiate with our service staff. )
3.Keliwow will not compensate for the loss or damage caused by misuse of products or spare parts.
4.The after-sale service policies are applied only to China main land and for other countries or places, please refer to the local rules and policies.
5.we may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to time, including where there is a change of law.

 

Warranty Service
We will offer the free repair service during the warranty period(from the date of sale) where the following conditions are met.
I.You will only be eligible for our Keliwow Warranty Service where the following conditions are met:
1.The product owns non-artificial performance problems in the warranty period under normal use.
2.No mark, damage or break on the logo of the product.
3.Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are provided.


II.The following situations are not covered by our Keliwow Warranty Service:
1.The product has been subjected to abnormal or unauthorized used and damaged, as intended by the manufacturer during the warranty period.?
2.The loss caused by unreasonable operation in harsh conditions violating the instruction manual.
